• Why are there no custom shape options available under Shapes?
• Why don't I have any options under Shapes > My Shapes?

Answer

There are two possible reasons your Shapes options are limited in MICA sketch. Check both causes listed below:

1. Missing Shapes option for MICA sketch: ensure that you have downloaded the Master Data List. This can be prompted by logging out and back into your MICA app. You can also download the data by going to Download > select all > Download. 
2. Custom Shapes are typically available for iPad and Android however if they are missing from your Windows MICA app, you will need to draw a shape at least once and then save it to "My Shapes". To do so, you will need to sketch a shape, right-click it, then click "Add to my shapes".
