Mitigate™: Placing Equipment

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to place equipment using the Mitigate application.

1. After accessing your job in the Mitigate application, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the Equipment Card. This is where you will manage equipment activity.

2. Tap the Equipment button to start the process for adding and placing equipment.

3. Select the room where the equipment will be placed.

4. Here, you can choose the method for assigning equipment. In this example we are choosing from a list.

5. At a glance, the banner at the top shows how well we’re meeting equipment recommendations. In this example, two Air Movers are recommended, but none have been placed yet.

6. The app automatically populates the maximum recommended number of equipment items. In this example, two Air Movers are entered because that is the recommended maximum.

7. You can tap into any field to make changes. For this step, we’ll select a different model than the one that initially populated.

8. Let's select the Small Axial Air Mover.

9. When you have finished making changes, tap Save.

10. Don't forget to add a photo for each equipment item, documenting your placement.

Tip: This concludes the process for placing equipment using the Mitigate app.
