Issue

• Missing forms in Mitigate
• Missing custom shapes in Mitigate
• Materials are missing in application
• There is no equipment list in the Mitigate app 

Solution

When the Mitigate application is first downloaded to your device, you should be prompted to download all all the necessary information you will need to complete certain functions in the app (e.g. forms, equipment, materials list, custom shapes for sketching, etc). 

If you need to redownload these features you can do so by:

1. Open up your Mitigate app
2. Click on the Downloads tab at the bottom of your application screen
   
3. Select the features you need to download or click "Download All"
   • NOTE: The list of features to download will be controlled by your Mitigate/MICA administrator
