Editing the office information on Work Orders

Question

  • How can I change the company name on Work Orders?
  • How can I edit the email address displayed on Work Orders?
  • How can I edit the Work Order fine print?

 


Answer

The email address & other contact information on the top and bottom of the work orders are taken from the Office settings.

To change this navigate to Administration > Company Settings > Office > click edit next the the office you want to adjust the information for.

 

Also, note that the Work Order Fine Print can be edited under Administration > Default Documentation Standards.
