Inactivating contacts and companies in DASH

Answer

While there isn't a direct deletion option, you can set contacts or companies to an Inactive status which achieves a similar outcome by preventing them from appearing in future job options. Follow the steps below to inactive a contact or company:


  1. Log in to DASH and navigate to the Contact Manager section.
  2. Locate the contact (or company) you want to manage and check the box next to their name in the list.
  3. Once selected, the option for "Change Status" will appear. Click on it.
  4. Choose the "Inactive" status from the dropdown menu. This action effectively removes the contact from active use.
