While there isn't a direct deletion option, you can set contacts or companies to an Inactive status which achieves a similar outcome by preventing them from appearing in future job options. Follow the steps below to inactive a contact or company:
- Log in to DASH and navigate to the Contact Manager section.
- Locate the contact (or company) you want to manage and check the box next to their name in the list.
- Once selected, the option for "Change Status" will appear. Click on it.
- Choose the "Inactive" status from the dropdown menu. This action effectively removes the contact from active use.
