Getting started in Cotality Learning Community

Overview

To help you get started with the new Cotality Learning Community (CLC), we have put together this quick guide to setting up your account, logging in, and exploring your new training dashboard.

As of October 2026: If you logged in CLC after July 1st of 2026, you should receive an email inviting you to the new CLC site. All completed training has been transferred to LearnUpon from our previous CLC site (ThoughtIndustries). If a course was not 100% complete by 10/08/2026, it was not transferred and will need to be restarted. For any questions or assistance in accessing your account submit request ticket directly to the Cotality L&D Team via this form - CLC Help

Create Your Password

To access your new account for the first time, you must set up a password in LearnUpon:

  1. Go to the Cotality Learning Community Login Page. We highly recommend bookmarking this link for quick access.
  2. Click on Forgot your password.
  3. Enter your email address (the one where you received this notification) and click Send.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside to create your new password.
    • Tip: If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
    • If a password still does not arrive, submit a ticket via this link: CLC Help

Explore Your New Dashboard

Once you are logged in, take a few minutes to explore the platform:

  1. Dashboard: View your current learning paths and active courses.
  2. Available Training: Browse the catalog to discover new courses.
  3. Transcript: Open your transcript to verify that your historical training records and eligible completed courses have successfully transferred.
