Adding photo albums
Tip
If you would like to create default photo albums (i.e. albums that always appear on certain divisions), you can create a default album within Admin > Default Documentation Standards. See this article for more information - Add, edit, remove default Photo Albums for Jobs
To add a new album to your job/division:
- Log into your DASH environment and navigate to the job and division that you want to add the photo album to
- Scroll to the bottom of the job page/slideboard and click on the Albums tab
- Click the Add Album(s) button
- Enter an album name, and description, and mark whether you want the album to be Public or Private (Photo album visibility)
- Click Save, and you should see a new album added to the list of albums on the left-hand side.
Deleting photo albums
You can delete photo albums by following the steps listed below:
- Log into your DASH environment and navigate to the job and division that you want to delete an album from
- Scroll to the bottom of the job page/slideboard and click on the Albums tab
- Click the Manage Photos and Albums button
- Select the album you want to delete from the left-hand side
- Then select the Delete Album button. IMPORTANT: keep in mind that this deletion will be permanent
