Solution

CRM (fka Luxor) has a security feature that logs you out after a set amount of time. This time frame can be changed by following the instructions below:

1. Click on the dropdown icon next to your profile located at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select "User Settings" from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Click on Personal Settings
4. Click on Personal Information
5. On the Personal Information page, you should see a "Session Timeout" setting. The timeout setting is in minutes. The maximum amount of time you can enter is a 120-minute maximum.
