Send to Code Blue button not showing

Issue

  • The Send to Code Blue button is missing
  • I cannot find the Send to Code Blue button on my job in MICA
  • Where is the Send to Code Blue button on the mobile app?

 


Solution

There are a couple of reasons that the Send to Code Blue button is not showing on your job:

  1. Where is the button on the Mobile app? The button is hidden within the Reports section of the loss in the MICA mobile app. If you are having issues finding it on mobile, check there.
  2. Was the job dispatched from Code Blue and linked to the loss in MICA?
    • The loss you are working on might not be linked to Code Blue.
    • If the job is linked to XactAnalysis (XA) or Workspace (fka Claims Connect)? For example: if the job is linked to XA and has a transaction ID as a loss number it (i.e. 04------) it came from XA and does not have the send to Code Blue option.
    • To resolve this, you will want to merge that loss INTO the Code Blue loss. Any loss information can then be synced to Code Blue (click this link to learn more on how to merge losses in MICA).
  3. Did you recently register for Code Blue? The registration process can take 24-48 hours.
  4. Are you registered for Code Blue? Reach out to our Support team for more information on how to register for Code Blue
