Employee not showing on Simple Activity Report

Issue

  • Employee(s) are not displayed in the Simple Activity report within CRM (fka Luxor)
  • Missing employees in the Simple Activity report
  • Employees are not showing as an option Activity report 
  • I see myself on the Activity report but not anyone else

 


Solution

Tip

You do not have to move users to run an Activity report on them. You can utilize a another activity report instead by navigating to Reports > Activity Reports > Saved Reports > Activity in the Last 7 Days.

In order for you to see an employee’s activities in the Simply Activity Report, that employee must be below you in the employee hierarchy tree in Admin > User Management. If an employee is above you or at the same level as you, you will not be able to see them displayed in the Simple Activity Report.


If you have access to the Admin > User Management section in CRM (fka Luxor), you can follow these steps to move them under you:

  1. Click on Admin in the top right-hand corner of your CRM (fka Luxor) environment
  2. Click on User Management
  3. Click on the user/employee that you want to move under you and then click on the arrange icon
  4. Then select which user you want the employee to be under.

 

Moving the employee/user under yourself should allow you to see them in the Simple Activity Report going forward.
