- When a customer uploads photos in the ProAssist portal, where do they go?
- Where are customer/property owner photos located after they are added in Engage (fka ProAssist)?
Answer
The Engage (fka ProAssist) recipient (e.g. homeowner, property owner, or subcontractor) will be able to use the Photo Portal where they can upload notated photos. These photos will show on the job in your DASH web environment or the DASH mobile app in an album dedicated to them.
As photos are added through Engage (fka ProAssist) Photos, the Estimator, Coordinator, Supervisor, and Foreman will be notified by the Notification Center that an action has been taken on one of their jobs.
The photos can be found on the job in DASH under the Photos tab at the bottom of the slideboard. The albums will be titled in this format:
- "Customer: [name here]"
- "Loss Contact: [name here]
- "Contractor contact: [name here]
- Etc.
