Answer
To create or edit activity types, follow these simple steps:
- Access Requirement: Ensure you have Admin access to view this information. If you don't have access, reach out to your Administrator for assistance.
- Log into CRM (fka Luxor) and access Admin Settings:
- Navigate to your CRM (fka Luxor) environment.
- Go to the Admin section of CRM by clicking on the dropdown icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Restoration CRM environment.
- Then select Admin Settings
- Navigate to Activity Settings:
- Once in the Admin section, locate and click on "Activity Settings."
- Access Activity Types & KPI Management:
- Within Activity Settings, find and select "Activity Types & KPI Management."
- Create or Edit:
- On the Activity Types & KPI Management page, you can either create new activity types or edit existing ones to suit your needs.
