Creating / editing Activity Types

Question

  • How can I create a new activity type?
  • How can I adjust which activity types are associated with KPIs?

 


Answer

To create or edit activity types, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access Requirement: Ensure you have Admin access to view this information. If you don't have access, reach out to your Administrator for assistance.
  2. Log into CRM (fka Luxor) and access Admin Settings:
    • Navigate to your CRM (fka Luxor) environment.
    • Go to the Admin section of CRM by clicking on the dropdown icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Restoration CRM environment.
    • Then select Admin Settings
  3. Navigate to Activity Settings:
    • Once in the Admin section, locate and click on "Activity Settings."
  4. Access Activity Types & KPI Management:
    • Within Activity Settings, find and select "Activity Types & KPI Management."
  5. Create or Edit:
    • On the Activity Types & KPI Management page, you can either create new activity types or edit existing ones to suit your needs.
