Neglect Threshold Alerts

Overview

Disclaimer

Neglect Threshold Alerts are different than Threshold Alerts for referrals, see this article if you are interested in setting up alerts for referral contacts/sources that have begun to decline in their amount of job referrals - Threshold Alerts for Referrals

Neglect Threshold is a time frame set via per-contact either via the CRM (fka Luxor) Web app or Mobile app. The Neglect Threshold determines how long a contact can/should go without any sales activity before it is considered "neglected". This allows sales/marketing people to manage their contact relationships and lets them know when it is time to reconnect with a customer.

Neglect Threshold can be helpful in managing:

  • Minimum engagement
  • Rotation call strategies

Once a Neglect Threshold timeframe is chosen, you will receive a notification via the Luxor Mobile app if you have reached that set threshold with no activity on the contact.

Feel free to check out our videos with our CRM (fka Luxor) consultant regarding Neglect Thresholds:

Add/Edit a Neglect Threshold

Tip: you can mass-assign a Neglect Threshold timeframe to multiple contacts at once by clicking on "Mass Edit" in the left-hand contact navigation menu.

Neglect Threshold is managed at the individual contact level. To add/edit a neglect threshold for a contact:

  1. Locate the contact within the Contacts module
  2. Open the contact and scroll down until you see "Neglect Threshold"
  3. Click on the dropdown and select a timeframe
