Question

• I am finished with several projects on my mobile device. How do I remove them?
• How can I remove a job from my projects list in Mitigate? 

Answer

Before you begin, make sure you have exported all data for the project and that the project data is complete on MICA Web. Once you are certain this is complete, you can delete the project from the Mitigate application. Deleting from the mobile app will not delete data from MICA Web. 

To delete a project from your mobile device, navigate to the ‘My Losses’ screen (the first screen you see after logging in). From this screen, you have two options for deleting:   

• Remove one job: Swipe an individual project cart from right to left. This will expose options, which include ‘delete.’

• Remove many jobs: Tap the ‘select’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Select the project(s) you wish to delete. Once the projects are selected, tap the delete/trash icon in the lower right corner.
