Solution
There are a few methods for updating your password:
- You can reset your PW from the reset PW screen
- Ask your administrator to reset your password from your profile settings in DASH
- Resetting your PW from the mobile application
Updating your password in your browser
- To update your password from the DASH website, navigate to the login screen of DASH and click "Forgot your password?"
- Once you click "Forgot your password?" you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your profile.
- From there, you should receive a reset password email in your inbox (make sure to check Junk and Spam folders)
- NOTE: If you do not receive an email or if you typically have issues receiving reset password emails from our system, please see this article: Not receiving password reset emails for DASH
You can also have an administrator reset your password from within DASH. See the next section below for more information.
Assistance from an administrator
Anyone who has access to employee profiles in DASH can reset the password for another user in the system.
Your administrator or colleague will need to take the following steps:
- Hover over "Administration" in the blue navigation ribbon in DASH
- Click on "Employee" and locate the user who is having issues logging in
- Click "Edit" next to their name to access their profile
- Under "Employee Details" click the yellow "Reset Password" button
- This should force send a new PW reset email to the email address associated with your employee profile (make sure to check Junk and Spam folders)

Updating your password from the DASH mobile app
If you use the mobile application to do your work in DASH, you can also reset it from there.
- If you are having issues solely with the PIN Code login please see this page: Resetting your PIN code for the mobile app
- Access the mobile application on your device
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" button on the mobile app login page
- If you do not see a "Forgot your password" button on the mobile app login page, it is because you must have one successful login attempt after downloading the app before that button will appear. So, you must reset your PW from the browser on your phone or computer instead (see the section above on updating your password in your browser)
- This will redirect you to your mobile phone's browser and will request your email address.
- Once you submit the requested information, you should receive a password reset email in your inbox (make sure to check the Junk and Spam folders).
