Issue
Trouble logging into DASH (web or mobile) due to:
- Incorrect or expired password
- Issues resetting password in the mobile app
Solution
There are a three methods for updating your password:
- Reset your password from DASH website
- Reset your password from the DASH mobile app
- Have an administrator send a password reset from inside DASH
I. Reset Password via Web Browser
- Go to the DASH login screen.
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox (including Spam/Junk) for the reset email.
- If not received, refer to this article: Not receiving password reset emails for DASH
II. Reset Password via Mobile App
- Open the DASH app.
- Tap “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
- Note: If this option isn’t visible, it is because you must have one successful log in attempt after downloading the app for the button to appear. Try resetting your password from the DASH website instead.
- You'll be redirected to your mobile browser to enter your email.
- Check your inbox (including Spam/Junk) for the reset email.
- If not received, see: Not receiving password reset emails for DASH
- After resetting, you’ll also need to reset your PIN. See: Resetting your PIN code for the mobile app
III. Ask an Administrator to Reset It
- NOTE: if an administrator is not available, please contact our Support team
- Admin logs into DASH.
- Go to Administration > Employee
- Find the user and click Edit
- Click the yellow “Reset Password” button
- A reset email will be sent to the user (check Spam/Junk)
