Issue

• Tabs are missing in MICA windows or MICA mobile
• Missing options in MICA app
• Unable to add readings, sketches, equipment, materials
• The Readings tab is missing
• Drying Environment tab is missing
• Materials options are missing in MICA

Solution

1. If you are missing any tabs, first make sure that you have a Loss Type set on the loss. In addition, make sure that the Cause and Job Type are Water. If they are set to anything other than Water (Fire, Construction, Mold, etc) your loss will be missing tabs, equipment, reading options, etc.
   
   • If the Loss Type gets updated, any technician working on the job will need to re-download the loss from the server again by selecting the download and overwrite option.
     
2. Download All:
   • iPad - click on the "Download" tab, then click "Select All," and then "Download."
   • iPhone - navigate to the Home screen of the app, choose Downloads from the menu, and tap Download All.
   • Windows - click on the "Download" tab, then click "Select All," and then "Download."
   • Android mobile device -navigate to the Home screen of the app, choose Downloads from the menu, and tap Download All.
   • Android tablet - click on the "Download" tab, then click "Select All," and then "Download."
     
3. If you're still having issues, try logging out and back in. You should be prompted to download a Master Data list when you log back in.
