Reset your password

If you are having issues logging in or forgot your password follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Navigate to the MICA exchange website 
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" above the password field
3. Enter your username and click Submit
   • Your username is typically your email address 
4. Once you submit your password reset request, you should receive an email at the email address associated with your Mitigate (fka MICA) profile.

Update your password

If you are able to log into your Mitigate (fka MICA) profile and need to update your existing password, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Profile Setup from the navigation links at the top of your Mitigate (fka MICA) exchange environment
   
2. Click “Change Password” on the far right
3. Enter existing password > enter new password > confirm password > select save button.
