Marking a loss as a service call is quite easy in MICA mobility!
- Navigate to your My Loss page and click on the "Service Call Only" button on the loss preview
- This will look slightly different depending on if you are using iOS or Android
- A popup will appear warning you and asking you to confirm before making the changes
- Click Continue to confirm the change
