Any fields that were edited or updated by AccuServe are locked after submitting to Accuserve. If any fields need to be adjusted, please contact our Support team and we can assist you in unlocking the fields.
Upon clicking "Send to CodeBlue," the project will be locked for further editing in MICA until AccuServe completes its review and sends it back to you. However, if you require any assistance unlocking it before AccuServe completes their review, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
You can confirm that the MICA data is locked by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the loss in MICA web
- Click on the Go to LossExplorer Beta button (if you are not using the LossExplorer Beta by default)
- Once in the LossExplorer Beta interface, hover over Mitigation and click on Quick Entry
- Then select Recommendations
- If you see a lock button on the line items, this means that the project is locked
