Disclaimer
You can update a user's email address, but please note that you cannot edit/change a user's ID or username once their account has been created.
- Log into MICA web/exchange and click on the Home tab
- Click on Administrative Tasks
- Click on User Management
- Search the user's name
- Click Edit User
- Make any desired changes to the user's email address
- Click Save
