Issue
- Employee pay rates and accounting settings for the user location must be set up to save a timesheet error when adding a timesheet in DASH mobile
Solution
When this error occurs there are a few things to check:
- Does the employee have payroll details filled out on their employee profile in DASH?
- Are the Timesheets settings filled out for the office location associated to the job they are attempting to create a timesheet on?
These two factors will prevent a user from being able to log a timesheet in the mobile application.
