Issue

  • Employee pay rates and accounting settings for the user location must be set up to save a timesheet error when adding a timesheet in DASH mobile


Solution

When this error occurs there are a few things to check:

  1. Does the employee have payroll details filled out on their employee profile in DASH?
  2. Are the Timesheets settings filled out for the office location associated to the job they are attempting to create a timesheet on?


These two factors will prevent a user from being able to log a timesheet in the mobile application.
