Answer

You are not able to delete any users, however, you can set them as inactive. This will remove any login access for them as well.

1. Log into Mitigate (fka MICA) exchange and navigate to the Home tab
2. Click on Administrative Tasks
3. Click on User Management
4. Search the user's name
5. Click Edit User
6. Deselect the active box
7. Click Save
