Please note that the features described in this article are only available to companies who receive program work via their corporate office or network group.

Securities

The ability to turn program work on or off requires proper security access. To grant access to this security you may need assistance from your office administrator. You can grant this access by following these steps 1. Hover over Administration and select "Employee/Security Settings" 2. Select "Security" for individual security rights or "Group Security" for security granted by job title 3. Choose the user's name (or job title) from the top right 4. Expand More > Program Center and select the checkbox next to Mark At Capacity. 6. Click Save to confirm your changes at the top of the page.

As a provider within a franchise, there may be times that you would like to disable additional program work. You may need to catch up on other jobs and would like to opt out from franchise-provided program work temporarily. You can set your company for "At Capacity" by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Hover over More and select Program Center from the dropdown
  2. Click on "Global Requirements" under the "Program Details" list on the left-hand side of the page
  3. Now locate and check the box next to "At Capacity"
  4. Once the check box is selected your franchise will be marked "At Capacity" and will not receive new claims.
  5. This will be confirmed and denoted by a symbol in the top right-hand corner of your DASH environment.
