Threshold Alerts are alerts that fire off when a customer's referral pattern begins to decline. This page allows you to control and fine-tune the settings related to Threshold Alerts.
Setting up Threshold Alerts
Check out this short training video for a visual walk-through of the Threshold Alerts page - Threshold Alert Settings
- Navigate to the Admin section of Luxor by clicking on Admin in the upper right-hand corner of your Luxor environment
- Click on Restoration Alerts > Threshold Alerts
- The Enabled checkbox allows you to turn the Threshold Alerts on or off entirely
- From here you'll want to edit/adjust the settings on this page for the Threshold Alerts. Generally, this will be set up when your company is onboarded to the LuxorCRM system. The definitions below provide more context on the settings located on this page.
- Minimum Referrals Required: establishes the fewest referrals they have to send before LuxorCRM begins tracking a pattern of decline in referrals. Generally, we recommend a number in the double digits to give you a better sample size.
- Trim Percentage: removes any outliers at the ends of their performance - for example: if a referral source is really slow for a certain period OR if a source gives multiple referrals in one day. This setting prevents those outlying events from skewing the Threshold Alerts. Clicking on the question mark "?" icon will provide an idea of what percentage you will want to add to this setting.
- Send to contact's owner: If a referral source gets below the indicated threshold, LuxorCRM will notify the contact owner via email. You can also list out email addresses of any additional employees or that you would like to be notified when a referral source goes below the referral threshold
- Levels 1-4: The level settings at the bottom of the page control when you want the notifications to fire. The numbers entered into the level fields are all percentages of decline in referrals.
- Click Save to confirm your changes
