Issue
- My assignment is in XactAnalysis (XA) but I cannot find it in Mitigate (fka MICA)
- I cannot locate a particular job/loss in Mitigate (fka MICA)
Solution
If the claim is in XactAnalysis and is not showing in Mitigate (fka MICA), check to make sure that it was exported over:
- Go to the XactAnalysis assignment page and locate the "Select an Action" drop-down under the Detail Summary area at the top of the assignment page
- Click on the "Select an Action" drop-down and verify that it says "Already exported to company Mitigate (fka MICA)" and is greyed out in the drop-down.
- If there is an option to "Export to company Mitigate (fka MICA)" which is not greyed out, select that and click "Go" to export the assignment over. You should see the assignment in Mitigate (fka MICA) shortly.
