Dates are not exporting from DASH to Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect)

Issue

  • Dates will not export from DASH into Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect (Symbility))

Solution

  1. First, check to ensure that a Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect or Symbility) assignment is linked to the job in DASH and that it is the correct assignment.
  2. Dates in Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) must be entered in a specific order so if the dates are entered in DASH outside of that order, then they will not sync over.
  3. Some dates in Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) do not have an equivalent in DASH. Specifically, “Date Mitigation Started“ and “Date Mitigation Complete“. However, both of those can be entered via MICA if your company uses the Mitigate (fka MICA) moisture mapping software. Those dates (respectively) in Mitigate (fka MICA) are called “Date Started“ and “Dryout Confirmed“. They can be found in the Claims Connect tab in Mitigate (fka MICA).
