"Send to Contractor Connection" button is missing

Question

  • I do not see the "Send to Contractor Connect" button in the Work Orders section for a job
  • "Send to Contractor Connection" button is missing in DASH

 


Answer



 

This button only appears on the Work Order screen for jobs that meet the following criteria:

  1. Do you have the security rights? To check your security rights, reach to an administrator or navigate in DASH to Administration > Employee / Security Settings. Choose Security. On the security page, choose your name from the top right-hand drop-down and then expand Accounting > Work Orders > check the box next to Sync to Contractor Connection.
  2. Does the office that the job is associated with have a Contractor Connection key entered? The office the job is assigned to must have a Contractor Connection Key entered on the Office page (a key is required for each office in your DASH environment)
  3. Does the job have an XactAnalysis or Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) assignment attached? Check the Linked Assignment Information on the Slideboard to see if there is a XactAnalysis or Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) assignment linked.
