Not receiving password reset emails for DASH

Issue

  • I am not receiving a password reset email after resetting my DASH password
  • Not receiving password reset emails 

 


Solution

If you are not receiving the password reset emails after attempting to reset your password, follow the steps below:

  1. Check your Junk and Spam folders within your email system in case the email was flagged by your email provider.
  2. Make sure that the email address is formatted and spelled correctly on your user profile page in DASH (you will need the assistance of a colleague or administrator who has access to Administration > Employee).
  3. Work with your internal IT team or your email provider to whitelist these domains an IPs in your email system:
