The Link to Job tool allows contractors to send a URL of job data. This link provides stakeholders, like property owners, with a transparent view of public photos, notes, and real-time milestones.
This error occurs because certain insurance carriers restrict the external sharing of claim data. When a job is part of a specific carrier program that has these privacy protocols in place, the carrier "locks" the link to prevent third-party access to the property owner's data.
