Business Development Dashboard

Overview

Business Development Dashboard

  • Dashboard name: Business Development
  • Type: Stacked


Names of Dashlets and their typical settings:

  • NOTE: The Settings listed below are typical for this Dashlet. You will want to consult with your Sales/Marketing team to verify that you are using the same settings that they are.

  • "Company Wide" (Dashlet Type = Classification)
    • Period: Set to Quarter. 
    • Classifications: Select A and B.
    • Include $ Amount: Select this option. It will show bar graphs representing invoiced dollars.
    • Referral Sources Excluded From $ Amount: Your Sales Administrator should tell you what is excluded here.

  • "A's by Employee" (Dashlet Type = A's By salesperson)
    • Period: Set to Quarter. 
    • The count of A's does not update live but instead captures the count of A's for a date each morning for the Month view, and once a Month for the Year view.
    • Employees: Select (check) each employee who spends time selling/marketing.

  • "Activity by Employee (6 months)" (Dashlet Type = Activities by salespeople)
    • Period: Set to Last6Months. This will display monthly summaries
    • Employees: Select (check) each employee who owns a relationship (contact) within Luxor.

  • "Activity by Employee (7 days)" (Dashlet Type = Activities by salespeople)
    • Period: Set to Last7Days. It presents a snapshot of what has been logged up to and including today.
    • Employees: Select (check) each employee who spends time selling/marketing.

  • "Referrals by Employee" (Dashlet Type = Referrals by salespeople)
    • Period: Set to Last6Months. This will display monthly summaries.
    • Employees: Select (check) each employee who spends time selling/marketing.
    • Excluded Field Office: Use this to determine which offices to include in the Dashlet (if you have multiple offices.) Whatever is selected is excluded from the Dashlet.

  • "$ by Employee" (Dashlet Type = Amount by salespeople)
    • Period: Set to Year. It presents a monthly summary going back 12 months.
    • Column Type: Set it to Normal. This represents a summation of the invoices, by contact month over month.
    • Employees: Select (check) each employee who spends time selling/marketing.
    • Excluded Field Office: Use this to determine which offices to include in the Dashlet (if you have multiple offices.) Whatever is selected is excluded from the Dashlet.
