Creating the Dashboard

Create the Dashboard (see this article for more detailed information - Creating a Dashboard)

  1. In CRM, click on your name in top righthand corner
  2. Select User Settings
  3. Select Dashboard
  4. From here, click Add New to create a new dashboard or select an existing Dashboard to edit it's name, type, or to add new Dashlets
    • Dashboard name: Business Development
    • Type: Stacked

Dashlet Setup

Without Dashlets, your Dashboard will be empty. The Settings listed below are typical for this Dashlet. You will want to consult with your Sales/Marketing team to verify that you are using the same settings that they are.

Creating new Dashlets

  1. In CRM, click on your name in top righthand corner
  2. Select User Settings
  3. Select Dashboard
  4. Add Dashlet name, type, and which row/column you want the Dashlet to display in (adjusting these will rearrange their order)
  5. Note: The Period and Custom Settings (see below) must be added directly from the Dashboard itself under the Dashboard module on the left-hand navigation menu in CRM
