- How can I deactivate / delete a user in CRM (fka Luxor)?

Disclaimer
For companies that have the DASH and CRM (fka Luxor) sync, you will not be able to inactivate users from CRM (Luxor) and will instead need to inactivate them directly in DASH. Reach out to our Support team for assistance if you are not sure if your company has the DASH / CRM (fka Luxor) user sync turned on.
There are two ways to prevent access to CRM (fka Luxor):
- You can remove the "Luxor Web Client" license from their profile
- This may be helpful when you want to keep a user in the system but do not want them to be able to log in
- You can delete/remove them from the system
To remove a user from the CRM (fka Luxor) system:
- NOTE: before removing the user permanently from the system, you may want to build views to re-assign any contacts or jobs to other salespeople in the system.
- Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) environment
- Navigate to "Admin" (upper right-hand corner)
- Click on User Management
- Locate the user's profile
- Click the "Remove" button at the top of their profile
