Question
- Dates entered into DASH are not transferred to Mitigate (fka MICA) after the job was exported to Mitigate (fka MICA) from DASH
- DASH dates are not transferring to Mitigate (fka MICA)
Answer
There are a few things to note in regard to the DASH / MICA dates integration:
- Which dates sync? The only dates that will push over from DASH to Mitigate (fka MICA) are Date of Loss, Date Inspected, Start Date, and Date of Majority of Completion. This is a one-way and one-time sync from DASH to Mitigate (fka MICA).
- Were the dates updated? If a date is changed in DASH after the initial sync has run, it will not send over the new updated date and if a date is changed in Mitigate (fka MICA), it will not update the loss in DASH.
- Were the dates added before the DASH job was linked to MICA? If dates are entered into DASH before the job is linked with or exported to Mitigate (fka MICA), then they will not transfer. The job needs to be linked to Mitigate (fka MICA) in DASH or exported to Mitigate (fka MICA) from DASH before dates are entered in DASH. Once the job is linked or exported, you can enter dates into DASH and they will automatically transfer to Mitigate (fka MICA)
