Closing Ratios Dashboard
- Dashboard name: Closing Ratios
- Type: Stacked
Names of Dashlets and their typical settings:
- NOTE: The Settings listed below are typical suggestions for this Dashlet. You will want to consult with your Sales/Marketing team to verify that you are using the same settings that they are.
- "Company Wide (YTD)" (Dashlet Type = Closing Ratios)
- NOTE: The Closing Ratios dashlet defines jobs as Leads, Sold, and Lost. Lost jobs are defined as Lost in DASH, Leads are Jobs with no Start Date, and Sold are all other jobs.
- Period: Set to CurrentYear.
- Leave all other settings untouched
- "Company Wide (3 Month)" (Dashlet Type = Closing Ratios)
- Period: Set to Last3Months.
- Leave all other settings untouched
- It is typical for there to be additional Closing Ratio-type Dashlets added for specific Salespeople. Your Sales Admin should inform you if this is the case.
NOTE: Date of Work Authorization is what triggers a 'Pending' Job to become a 'Sold' job on the Closing Ratio Dashlet in Luxor
