Resetting DASH Multi-Factor Authentication

Answer

There are a few options to reset or unlink an authentication app from a DASH profile:

  1. Option 1: click Reset Multi-Factor Authentication from the authentication screen. This will bring you to the MFA setup page
  2. Option 2: have an administrator reset MFA from your user profile in DASH:
    • Inside Administration > Employee / Security Settings > User Preferences click the red to delete the MFA device
  3. Option 3: contact our Support team for assistance
