There are a few options to reset or unlink an authentication app from a DASH profile:
- Option 1: click Reset Multi-Factor Authentication from the authentication screen. This will bring you to the MFA setup page
- Option 2: have an administrator reset MFA from your user profile in DASH:
- Inside Administration > Employee / Security Settings > User Preferences click the red X to delete the MFA device
- Inside Administration > Employee / Security Settings > User Preferences click the red X to delete the MFA device
