Does your company use both DASH and CRM (fka Luxor)?
- Yes: If so, your company likely has an integration between your DASH and CRM (fka Luxor) environments. When DASH and CRM are integrated, the Jobs within the CRM Job module are locked down so that they cannot be edited in CRM (fka Luxor).
- The reason is that any job edits or job management should be done in DASH since it is the job management software and CRM (fka Luxor) is designed for contact/company management.
- Any edits that need to be made to the Job should be done in DASH.
- No: If your company does not have an integration with DASH, you will want to reach out to your Administrator to have them check your permission level. They can check your permission/security level by going to Admin > User Management.
