Job is not showing up in QuickBooks manual job creation list

Issue

  • Unable to sync a job from DASH to QuickBooks Online (QBO) because it is not showing up in the Manual Job Creation list 
  • Cannot sync a job from DASH to QBO because it is missing from the DASH Account sync list

 


Solution

If a specific job does not show up in the DASH Account job sync screen, check the following:

  1. Check to see if the job is missing customer information.
  2. Was this job a corporate dispatched claim? Is the Customer Information section blank/missing customer info?


When jobs are dispatched down to franchisees, the customer's information is intentionally left blank. This is by design to allow franchises to own and control the data that is entered into their Contact Manager and ensure the data integrity of their Contact Manager. 


Once customer information is added it should appear on the Dash Account 4 manual job creation list for syncing to QBO.
