Issue
- Unable to sync a job from DASH to QuickBooks Online (QBO) because it is not showing up in the Manual Job Creation list
- Cannot sync a job from DASH to QBO because it is missing from the DASH Account sync list
Solution
If a job is not appearing in the DASH Account job sync screen, verify whether the customer information is missing.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the Customer Information section
- Ensure that the required details (Customer Name, Loss Address, and Billing Address) are added
- Once the customer information is added, the job should appear in the Dash Account's manual job creation list, ready for syncing to QBO.
- If your customer information has been entered and you still do not see the job to sync into QBO (via DA4), please contact our support team.
Why was the "Customer Information" section initially blank?
When jobs are dispatched to franchisees, the customer information is intentionally left blank. This approach is intended to allow franchisees to input and manage their own data in their Contact Manager, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their records.
