Solution
Sometimes names and job information are updated after a job has been synced to QuickBooks Online from DASH. If you find that a job is under the wrong name in QuickBooks Online, follow the steps below to update the information:
- Ensure that the customer name and the Bill To contact name are correct in DASH
- Once those are updated, edit the job (aka sub-customer in QBO) and move it to the correct customer in QBO (assuming the correct customer name already exists in QBO)
- To do this, click Edit on the job (aka sub-customer) in QBO and then choose the correct customer from the drop-down list
