Convert Estimate To Work Orders

Question

  • How can I convert my estimate into Work Orders for contouring?
  • How to translate estimate line items into Work Orders?

Confirm Estimate Has Line Items

Before converting your estimate to work orders, ensure it has line items

  1. Navigate to the Job Slideboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Accounting Information section and select Accounting Details
  3. Click the "Estimates" button
  4. From there, you'll be able to see all estimates currently on the job.
  5. In order for Work Orders to be generated from an Estimate, there has to be Line Item information on that Estimate.
  6. If you see a Line Item Total for an Estimate, you should be able to generate Work Orders.
  7. If you don't see a Line Item Total listed for an Estimate, then that Estimate was not uploaded or imported to the job properly.
