Deleting a View
Disclaimer
Please note that you cannot delete views that have been shared with you by others unless you are part of the View Manager security group. Additionally, pre-loaded views that come with CRM (formerly known as Luxor) cannot be deleted, but they can be hidden by ticking the "Hidden" checkbox found in User Settings > My Views.
To remove a view, follow these steps:
- Log into Restoration CRM (fka Luxor) and click on the drop down icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select User Settings from the list
- Click on My Views.
- Choose the module under which the view was created (eg contacts, jobs, organizations, etc.).
- Locate the desired view from the list and click the radio/select button to the left of the view name.
- Select "Delete" to remove the view.
