Answer

Engage (fka ProAssist) creates notifications for internal participants (Estimator, Supervisor, Coordinator, and Foreman) on a job whenever a homeowner (or Engage portal user) adds photos, notes, or feedback.

The notification center in the top right-hand corner of your DASH environment is where these notifications for Engage will appear:
 

The Estimator, Supervisor, Coordinator, and Foreman all receive notifications for photos, notes, or feedback added on any job for Engage (fka ProAssist). These internal participants are added per job under the Job Information > Internal Participants.
