• How can I give a user more permissions in Mitigate (fka MICA)?

Answer

1. Log into MICA web/exchange and click on the Home tab
2. Click on Administrative Tasks
3. Click on User Management
4. Search the user's name
5. Click View/Set Permissions to the right of the user's name
6. Make any desired changes to the user's permissions/roles
7. Click Save
