Put Job On Hold

Franchise or TPA?

For Admin or Program work, you will need to contact your Franchisor or TPA Administrator before the job can be placed On Hold.

If a job cannot be worked for any extended length of time, you have the option of placing it On Hold.


On Hold jobs are no longer Active jobs and will be assigned the Job Status of On Hold. This means they will not appear on your Job Dashboard, but keep in mind that placing a job On Hold does not stop the clock on any pending Compliance Tasks. Also, to find any On Hold job using the Advanced Search, you will need to uncheck the Open Jobs check-box.


Follow these steps to place a job on hold

  1. Navigate to the job that you want to place on hold
  2. Scroll down to the Dates tab at the bottom of the job slideboard
  3. Select the Dates tab
  4. Click the Place Job on Hold button at the bottom of the Dates tab



Lifting Hold

To lift a hold, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to the job that you want to place on hold
  2. Scroll down to the Dates tab at the bottom of the job slideboard
  3. Select the Dates tab
  4. Click the Lift Job Hold button at the bottom of the Dates tab
