Issue

• Job will not disappear from Selected Jobs page in Dash Account 2 (DA2)
• Job is stuck on Sync Selected Jobs (Import) screen in DA2 and financial data is not syncing

Solution

This can often happen when jobs are manually created in Sage first, instead of importing from DASH.

1. Verify if the job synced or is in Sage already
2. If the job is in Sage, copy the ARN number from Sage and add it to the job in DASH. 
3. Once the ARN matches between systems, open the Selected Jobs page on the DA2 desktop application and select Relink Open Jobs and to link the job.
   
4. Run a Sync with DASH [SC1 -> DASH] sync in the DA2 application.
   
5. All financials should sync from Sage to the job in DASH.
6. Close the job in DASH to remove it from the Sync with Sage > Sync Selected Jobs page in the DA2 app 
   • If the job needs to remain open in DASH, the financial data will continue to sync but the job will still show on the Selected Jobs page until it is closed in DASH.
