Editing a user ID in MICA

Question

How can I alter / edit a user ID in MICA?
How can I change a username in MICA?

Answer

Once a user is created you cannot edit the user id. You can however edit the email address associated to that user account.

You may need to deactivate the user and create a new user account if you would still like it to have a different user id.
