• Blank Slideboard in Chrome

Solution

If you are experiencing issues with the job slideboard missing information in Chrome please trying the following:

1. If you are logged into your Google account (GMAIL, etc) log out
2. Open a job experiencing the issue
3. Launch developer tools by pressing F12 on your keyboard (you will know this was successful as the page code will appear on the right of the screen)
4. Right click on the main page refresh button (this will enable a drop down)
5. Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”
6. Your job should now load properly
7. You can “x” out of the developer tools
8. You will only have to do this once
