Overview

This integration will allow you to sync job data between Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) as well as Estimate (fka Mobile Claims) over to your MICA application.

Follow the steps listed below to set up your integration.

Guide

1. Navigate to the MICA website on your browser.
2. Click on Profile Setup from the navigation tab at the top of your MICA web environment
3. Click Company Setup to access the Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) Settings section. 
   • NOTE: you must have administrative privileges to access this area.
4. Click on Claims Connection Settings
5. Add the Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) (aka Symbility ID) code and click Save
   • Where to find the Claims Connect/Symbility code? NOTE: may require admin privileges in Claims Connect
     1. Log into Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect)/Symbility’s website. Click on your name in the upper right corner.
     2. Select Company Info
     3. See the “Symbility ID” on the page
