Issue
- Job Slideboard is blank / not displaying information
- Job page is not loading
Solution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- NOTE: if only parts of the job slideboard are blank (specifically the Claim and Accounting quadrants) see this article for more information - Claim and Accounting Information section of Job Slideboard are blank
- First, clear your cookies and cache within your browser
- PC: while in your browser press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
- MAC: while in your browser press Cmd + Shift + Delete
- Make sure to set the timeframe to Everything or All time
- Refresh the page for DASH (NOTE: clearing cookies and cache will log you out)
- Log back into DASH and navigate to a job to see if the issue persists
- Next, check the time zone and time settings on your computer:
- Navigate to "Date and Time settings" on your PC
- Make sure you have "Set Time Automatically" and "Set Time Zone Automatically" selected
- If you already have these settings, try toggling them off and back on again
- Then navigate back to your DASH environment in your browser and refresh the page
If you still cannot see the job Slideboard, you may have a security restriction on your browser that prevents JavaScript (JS) from loading. JavaScript is essential for most websites to load all their functionality. If you have any issues enabling JS on your browser, please reach out to your IT team for further assistance. If none of the above resolves the issue, it may be due to your company's IT firewall. Work with your company's IT team to ensure that the domain (DNS/URL) for your DASH environment and this IP address (40.88.18.65) are whitelisted in your company's firewall.
