• How can I cancel an assignment/loss in MICA?
• How can I change the status of a loss in MICA to "cancelled"?

Answer

1. Log into MICA web on your browser
2. Click on Loss Search and search for the loss you want to cancel
3. On the Loss page, click Change Status
4. Select Cancel or Rejected from the status drop-down
5. Add a note if desired and then click Save
