Unable to add contacts in Contact Manager

Issue

  • Unable to add new contacts or company contacts to the Contact Manager in DASH 

 


Solution

In order to add new contacts or company contacts, you will need the proper security rights. Editing securities will require administrative access in DASH as well. 

To add contact manager securities to a user in DASH please follow the steps below:

  1. Hover over Administration in the DASH blue navigation ribbon
  2. Select Employee / Security Settings
  3. Choose the user from the dropdown in the top right-hand corner of the Securities Settings page
  4. Expand Contact Manager in the list (then expand Company and Individuals)

     
  5. Add the "Add/Edit Individuals" under the Individuals section
  6. Add the "Add/Edit Company" option under the Company section
