- How can I remove outdated estimates from the Import queue in DASH?
Answer
You can remove estimates from the Import queue on any job as long as you have the proper security access.
First, to grant this access you will need to follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Administration > Employee / Security Settings
- Select "Security" or "Group Security"
- Expand Slideboard
- Expand Estimates
- Check the box for "Remove from Queue"
If you have the security rights (outlined above), follow these instructions to remove estimates from the import queue.
- Note: all jobs in DASH share the same Import queue, so any estimates removed from an Import queue in one job, will be removed from the Import queue for all jobs
- Navigate to any job in DASH
- Locate the Accounting Information quadrant
- Click on "Import Estimate"
- Click on the Other tab
- Click the "Remove" button next to each estimate you would like to remove from the queue.
